The following guidelines will help expedite the process of getting your Wingman Restaurant open.

APPLICATION
You will need to thoroughly complete the application and financial statement for every person involved in the franchise process. You can fax the application and financial statement to 720-872-6477 or mail to Wingman, Suite 116, 1412 West 104th Ave., Northglenn, CO 80234.

DISCLOSURE
Upon receipt of the application, we will call to set up a meeting between Wingman and all of the people we received an application from. The meeting will be for the disclosure; which is where we will review, discuss, and sign the receipt for the U.F.O.C.

DURING THE 10 DAY WAIT
From the date you receive the U.F.O.C. and you have preliminary approval, we will set up two other meetings which will allow for questions about the U.F.O.C. and for a tour of some of the other Wingman locations.

DECISION DAY
At the completion of the 10 day wait, you will be asked for a preliminary decision on your future with Wingman. If you are going to commit to a franchise, we will need to have verifications of funds for the franchise and your application will be submitted to the Application Committee for final approval.

SIGNING DAY
If your application has been approved, you will be scheduled for a signing day. This is the day you will sign your franchise agreement and Wingman will receive your Franchise Fee.

SITE SELECTION
Our real-estate broker will assist you in site selection. Wingman has an extensive site-selection package which you and the broker will follow when submitting sites to Wingman for approval. The broker will submit letters of intent and work on your behalf to obtain a location. From there you will enter lease negotiations with your broker and the landlords.

LEASE SIGNING AND VENDOR RELATIONS
Upon signing your lease, you will meet with all of the approved Wingman vendors. The contractors will start the process of build out and you will start training.

BUILD 0UI DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
Our plans for build out will depend on the location that is approved. Wingman locations are designed to be bright and friendly. We are very community focused, and the layout of the restaurant demonstrates it. Our construction consultants have shown an attention to detail. From the layout of the kitchen to the ceiling fans, we have produced a quick service restaurant that is bright and inviting. You will see that when a Wingman is built-out, your Franchise Field Representative will be there to help make sure that construction is on-track and looking good.

TRAINING
You will participate in approximately 2 weeks of intensive training at the corporate location. At that time, you will receive hands on training in the restaurant and classroom training at the corporate office.

STORE OPENING
After the contractor is done and the inspections are completed and the health department has signed off, we will set the opening date and work with you to train your staff. Our corporate trainers will be with you for approximately 3 days before your opening date and 7 days after your opening. During this time you will work with our marketing firm for local store marketing.

AFTER OPENING
After your opening, we will be working with you on minor adjustments that will help you expedite your service to your customers.

ONGOING TRAINING
Your FFR. will work with you on continuous training for you and your staff. As new products are released, you will be trained thoroughly on how to handle the new products and service you will provide your customers.

LOCAL STORE MARKETING
Wingman has developed a Local Store Marketing Program covering everything from pre-opening to grand opening to on-going marketing. We provide guidelines for advertising, promotions, and the utilization of our trademarks. Advertising material will be created for you to use in your own Wingman store.
