would be a “people-person” with strong management skills, who enjoys
customer service. We are looking for franchisees who are
self-starters, highly motivated, organized, detail oriented,
energetic, and good at team-building. Food service experience is not
as essential as having the drive to be successful.

A single-unit franchisee
acquires the right to own and operate one franchise unit.
- Franchise Fee: $25,000
(due at signing)
- Minimum Cash Liquidity: $50,000 to $60,000
- Estimated Total Cost: $200,000 to $350,000
- Royalties: 5% of Net Sales
- National Advertising: 1% of Net Sales

Level of participation: The franchisee is
typically involved with almost all operations as a single unit
franchisee. Even if it is a semi-absentee owned business, the
franchisee will want to have a frequent presence at the
business. Many single-unit franchisees act as the owner/manager,
supervising daily operations.
