This is a brief outline of the standard questions we are asked by prospective franchisees.  If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to call.

Q: What is the Franchise Fee?
A: $25,000 due at the signing of the franchise agreement
Q: What are the approximate costs to open a Wingman restaurant?
A: The biggest factor in determining cost is the location you select.  Is the location a “turnkey” (a location that has been a restaurant and has a majority of the high-cost items in place) or is it a“shell” (a location that needs to be built out completely)?  The costs typically range from $200K to $350K.
Q: What are the royalties?
A: 5% of sales, after sales tax has been deducted.
Q: Does Wingman assist with obtaining financing?
A: Yes, Wingman has an excellent reputation with lenders.  As a result, Wingman franchisees
may qualify for financing of up to 80% of the total cost.
Q: What kind of training is provided?
A: There are two training programs provided prior to opening your restaurant. Plus we will have staff at your location prior to your opening to train your initial staff for you, and we will stay with you for up to a week after opening to assist you with the initial opening.
Q: How are territories determined?
A: Protected territories are a two-mile radius from your location.
Q: How is site selection determined?
A: Our site selection team will help you select 3-5 locations within your designated territory to be reviewed. We will then visit and rank the locations with you. With your final approval, we will begin lease negotiations for you.
Q: What is the profitability of a Wingman restaurant?
A: You are asking for an earnings claim, which is included in the Uniform Franchise Offering
Circular. Further explanation will be provided to you at disclosure.
Q: Are there any special considerations for veterans of the United States Military?
A: Yes! Wingman participates in Vet/Fran and offers a 10% discount of the franchise fee for the first unit purchased. This offer applies to honorably discharged veterans as well as active duty military personnel.
Q: Does Wingman offer franchise opportunities for qualified candidates interested in developing a large territory?
A: Yes! Wingman offers qualified candidates two opportunities for multiple unit development.
Area Developers may own and operate three or more units in a designated territory, while
Master Franchisees acquire the rights to ten or more units in a designated territory. The
Master Franchisee must own and operate one unit as the prototype training unit for that
territory. The Master Franchisee may then either open more units and pay a reduced royalty, or sell units within that territory and split franchise fees and royalty fees with the franchisor.
Q: What is the procedure from here?
A: To learn more about Wingman franchising opportunities, complete and submit the preliminary application. You will be contacted by a company representative to start the discovery process.

During the discovery process, you will meet with us to discuss the Wingman system. Upon approval, you will receive the UFOC for review. We encourage you to speak to our franchisees listed in the UFOC to ask about their experience as Wingman franchisees.

If you choose to proceed, and are awarded a franchise, we will schedule your Discovery Day to introduce you to the staff who will assist you with all aspects of the Wingman business. Upon signing of the franchise agreement, we will start the process of site selection, training, and then you will be on your way to being a Wingman Franchisee.
