When the Mineo family moved from New York to Colorado, they found everything to their liking except for one thing.  No "Buffalo Style" chicken wings!  Knowing that Colorado residents would come to love wings every bit as much as they did, they decided to open their own restaurant in 1981, and Colorado residents loved it.

The restaurant was purchased by the current owners in 1992 and they are now serving over 7000 pounds of wings each week.  The same great sauce that makes our wings so irresistible is now available in 6 different varieties.
